Home Inspection

The decision to buy a home is seldom easy. It can be a major, complex, and very personal experience. Along with the considerations of price and the neighborhood, the style, size and floor plan contribute to the fundamental question: “is the house, itself, sound?”

Our inspection services will help you answer this question and give you peace of mind about your purchase.

Whether you are buying a building or maintaining the one you currently occupy, it is vital to have as much information as possible about the condition of one of your most valuable assets. Let us give you that information to help you make sound decisions about your business.

What is an Inspection?

The service we provide is visual inspection. It is a comprehensive overview of the primary structures and systems of the building. Our inspectors will carefully examine the building’s condition to expose defects both major and minor.

This is neither a code compliance inspection nor a value assessment of the property. Our goal is to give you a better understanding of the condition of the property you own or are planning to purchase.
