Mike Cutro was very thorough and gave us a 60-page report full of detailed information about everything in the house with recommendations for improvement when necessary. As we went along, he explained everything and answered any questions we had. He also let us know about companies who perform services like landscaping which we will need when we move in. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

Dylan was the inspector that I worked with. He was very nice. Pleasant to me and the tenants of the house. He was very thorough and explained as he went through the process. He was true to his word. Michael Cutro of Cutro Professional Inspections of Oswego New York, was EXTREMELY thorough, and we would highly recommend him!

He arrived early to get a jump start inspecting the roof and exterior of the home to take photos; he even took time out of his busy weekend to accommodate us.

His attention to detail was impressive and he was willing to explain all his findings as we went through the home, in a general manner that was easy to understand.

His career as a firefighter and safety inspector definitely shows with his knowledge and attention to detail.

The report was incredibly detailed and thorough including photos of issues color coded to severity for easy identification; making it easy to have informed discussions with the seller about necessary repairs.

Mine is very friendly and down to earth and we were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

His thoroughness helped us feel at ease about our decision and was worth every penny and we would use him again!
