Cutro Professional Inspections

Extremely thorough and has very clear explanations of everything that needs attention. When the time arises I will be utilizing his services again. I appreciate the work you do. Thank you

I needed to get a foundation inspection done on a mobile home I am purchasing. I called, and Mike had me scheduled within the same week, with a more than fair priced estimate.
Mike was quick and thorough with his inspection, and had the report back to me within a few hours. Mike was great and easy to work with. He answered questions with thorough and easy to understand explanations.
I highly recommend Cutro Professional Inspections, and will definitely be using them again if I purchase a home in the future!

I hired Cutro Professional Inspections for a home inspection and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dylan Vaughn was timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable — he walked through everything carefully, explained what he was seeing, and answered all questions. The written report was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. Also a very quick turnaround on the report. Scheduling was quick and communication was great throughout. I highly recommended.

Mike was punctual, professional, and incredibly detailed in his inspection, with a lot of photos attached to the report. We are using a VA loan so the details were very helpful since the VA has strict appraisal standards. This is the first time my husband and I have been through the home buying process. I showed my dad his report and he commented on how it was the most detailed he's seen from an inspector. Mike is also very knowledgeable and answered questions I had about the windows and various repairs. I feel very confident we are purchasing a structurally sound and safe home.
He even referred me to a trusted septic company for a float and dye test.
He offers a military discount.

Thank you Mr. Cutro!

Mike was super helpful and honest throughout this process. He walked through two homes with us and his advice and information helped us from making a big mistake in buying a home that needed more "fixing up" than we realized.

Mike Cutro is the best inspector - hands down. I asked Mike to do a home inspection on a duplex I am purchasing. Mike is professional, extremely thorough, very knowledgeable in all home aspects, practical, experienced, responsive, incredibly kind and great to work with! Mike created a very detailed inspection report that I can use as a blueprint for repairs and improvement projects. I highly recommend Cutro Professional Inspections for your home inspection needs. Thank you, Mike!

We hired Mike Cutro to do our home inspection prior to selling our home. He is very professional, courteous, and even scheduled our appointment on a weekend. Mike is very easy to work with and took the time to answer all our questions throughout the inspection. He explained each detail of his report afterwards and how to proceed, which gave us much peace of mind and confidence going forward. Do yourself a favor and get a home inspection from Mike Cutro Before you list your house to sell, you will not regret it!

The inspection they did was phenomenal. Mike was thorough, knowledgeable, and very informative. He was very good at explaining each problem, potential hazards, and potential solutions. Although the house we looked at did not work for us, we will absolutely use Cutro Professional Inspections for the next one.

This is my second time using Mike for a home Inspection. Both times Mike was on time, extremely informative and detailed oriented. He doesn't leave any stone unturned and makes the whole experience very pleasant. I highly recommend Mike, he will go above and beyond leaving you with more confidence in your home buying experience. Thanks Mike!

Mike Cutro gave a thoroughly detailed report on the house he was inspecting for us with all the photographs to clearly illustrate what he was talking about. He responded to our request for a home inspection in a timely fashion and was waiting for us before we got there early for appointment. Personable and knowledgeable, I would recommend him to anyone I know of looking for a home inspection in the area.
