I contacted Mr. Cutro by phone on 6/23/26 and left a message regarding the need to have an inspection done. I needed a thorough and professional inspection to identify suspected defects and faulty installations on my residence and garage by a local contractor. The contractor was to repair storm damages from the 2025 February winter storm. I was having difficulties with the contractor with regard to poor workmanship, failure to complete contracted work, and many other issues. This was an $85,000.00 insurance covered repair contract.

Mr. Cutro contacted me the very next day and arranged for an inspection for the following day - super fast responsiveness!

Mr. Cutro came out, fully explained the inspection process, and walked me through the inspection report format and other details. He quoted a very good price for the work that needed to be done.

Mr. Cutro's inspection was thorough, detailed, and covered all areas of concern. He took many pictures to include in the report as a backup to the report text. He was very understanding and compassionate and took his time with me and answered all my questions.

Within one day of his inspection, he emailed the completed inspection to me for my review and comments - if I had any. There were no areas that needed further detail or improvement. I am very impressed with his responsiveness, timeliness, and thoroughness.

As we went along, he explained everything and answered any questions we had. He also let us know about companies who perform services like landscaping which we will need when we move in. He arrived early to get a jump start inspecting the roof and exterior of the home to take photos; he even took time out of his busy weekend to accommodate us.

His attention to detail was impressive and he was willing to explain all his findings as we went through the home, in a general manner that was easy to understand.

His career as a firefighter and safety inspector definitely shows with his knowledge and attention to detail.

Mike is so knowledgeable! I trusted in everything he told us, even when it made me cry because it’s not what I wanted to hear about our potential future home! But, we needed to hear it and move forward with his expertise! He walked us through and showed us EVERYTHING! He had been a fireman and shared all safety items with us. When finished, what I really want is to move into his house where I know everything is done correctly!!
