Your Report

Following the inspection a comprehensive report is prepared for the sole, confidential and exclusive use of the client or their agent.

The report will list in detail items that need to be repaired or replaced; areas that may need routine maintenance and components that are suspect at the time of inspection. This full color, bound report includes photos and detailed descriptions for your records and reference. The format of the report conforms to standard real estate contract requirements.

We may make recommendations to seek further consultation from other inspection specialists. Such consultation will be at the client’s discretion and expense.

Mike is a consummate professional who does great work. Friendly, engaging and knowledgeable, he is a retired firefighter who is very serious about helping homeowners, sellers, buyers, understand what is happening with - probably - the most important investment in their lives.
